1. Definitions

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

dana4d reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time through our KYC verification procedures. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

3.2 Account Registration Process

To create an Account, You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on Your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP)
• A valid email address to which You have exclusive access
• A mobile phone number registered in Your name for verification purposes
• Date of birth confirming You are at least 21 years of age
• Residential address within Indonesia
• A secure password meeting our security requirements

You agree to maintain and promptly update Your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. You may only create and maintain one Account on the dana4d Platform. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under different names or using different email addresses, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances.

3.3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of Your Account credentials, including Your username and password. You must not share Your login information with any third party or allow any other person to access Your Account. You agree to:

• Immediately notify dana4d of any unauthorized use of Your Account or any other breach of security
• Ensure You log out from Your Account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from shared or public devices
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under Your Account, whether authorized by You or not
• Acknowledge that dana4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to maintain Account security

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

dana4d supports deposits via Indonesian local banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallet services including DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet deposits. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, though large transactions may be subject to additional verification for anti-money laundering compliance. You acknowledge that all deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to Your Account Balance, except in cases of technical error or as required by law.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Processing Times

You may request withdrawals to the same Indonesian bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, or to an alternative account that has been verified through our KYC procedures. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method:

• E-wallet withdrawals (DANA, OVO, GoPay): 15 minutes to 2 hours during standard processing windows
• Bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): 1 to 24 hours, depending on time of request and bank processing schedules
• VIP tier members: Priority processing with most withdrawals completed within 1 hour

All withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks to prevent fraud and money laundering. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time requests. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated at the time the Bonus is offered. General Bonus terms include:

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the dana4d Platform:

• Creating multiple Accounts or allowing others to use Your Account
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise Your true location or circumvent geographic restrictions

• Using bots, automated software, or any third-party tools to place Bets or manipulate gameplay
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Platform
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or customer support staff
• Posting offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any illegal financial activities

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all Balances, and potential legal action.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the dana4d Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, and audio/video content, is the exclusive property of dana4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, dana4d and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or expected winnings
• Loss of data or Account access
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or software malfunctions
• Third-party actions, including payment processor failures
• Unauthorized access to Your Account due to Your failure to maintain security

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to cease using it and close Your Account. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dana4d is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or Your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through dana4d's internal dispute resolution procedures. You agree to contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve any issues before pursuing formal legal action.

If internal resolution is not successful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction in which we are licensed, rather than through court litigation. You waive Your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Extended period of Account inactivity
• Request for self-exclusion

Upon termination, Your access to the Platform will be revoked. Any remaining Balance in Your Account will be returned to You after deduction of any applicable fees, disputed amounts, or Bonus forfeitures, subject to completion of any pending verification procedures. You may also voluntarily close Your Account at any time by contacting customer support.
